Everything was simply perfect. The place was safe and had lovely staff who were quick to assist with an early check-in and a bigger apartment as my mother was in a wheelchair, really enjoyed the stay. I booked extremely spacious impressive room with a balcony. The hotel was set in a very central area really close to Darling Harbour and Paddy's market, airport in the morning and circular quay or darling harbour, close malls and trains.

The staff here are super friendly and incredibly accommodating, making everything feel so much easier. I appreciated the early check-in, which got my stay off to a great start. the compact room I stayed in had a modern feel and a nice view. Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh juices, which was a nice touch! 🥤.

Good location for city transport, quite location with a high floor room. easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Walls not insulated enough. Could hear people talking and children crying in next door rooms.

It's just half a kilometer from the airport, making it ideal for catching an early flight. ✈️.

The personnel was attentive as expected. The room we booked was brand-new and great-sized with a TV, good beds plus spacious feel😃

my only criticism is that the pillow was extremely uncomfortable for me. too soft - it appeared to be substantial but when goes flat in use. I had to boost it with a rolled up bath towel.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and with good facilities. Great location within easy 10 minute walk for shops and 20 minutes for the main attractions/circular quay.

The rooms were spacious and had great facilities for self-catering, allowing me to cook my own meals. the location was central and easy to get around, with quick access to public transportation.

The constant pressure from the hotel representatives to attend a seminar and become a member of their parent company was overwhelming and uncomfortable. I was on a business trip and didn't want to waste my time sitting through a sales pitch.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort that this hotel offered. Our suite had a full kitchen and laundry facilities which felt like a home away from home. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to major stations like Museum or Central, the ferries, and popular attractions within walking distance. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
